Services are offered as one on one support with personal consultation and email support for individual needs.
Consultation provides a diet analysis, new diet, complete physical assessment including fat %, BMI, fitness, core stability, BP, heart rate and advice for an exercise regime.

Online nutrition consultation
This service is designed for busy people who cannot take the time out to attend a face to face consultation, or are looking for a cheaper way to get nutrition advice.
You will have to register for this service and complete diet forms and send them to us. We will then provide you with a diet analysis, new diet and recommendations for the future. The online option includes 3 further emails support post diet analysis. The option of ongoing support is provided to ensure you continue to meet you goals.
Prior to your first appointment you will be asked to complete a food diary, exercise sheet and obtain a clearance from your doctor and full blood tests prior to commencing the program. Be sure to complete these questionnaires thoroughly and truthfully to get the most out of your analysis and to help us achieve your goals.
Full Body analysis including BP, HR, body fat percentage, weight and height, BMI, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, core stability, posture and muscle imbalances.
Complete dietary analysis includes a full break down of food intake into components of: calorie intake, fat and sugar, vitamin and mineral intake. A full report will be written in language you can understand addressing the issues which will be high lighted in the analysis. A new diet will be drawn up for you which addresses these issues and assists you to achieve your goals. All dietary changes will be based on current research and up to date information.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is available for musculoskeletal problems. Acupuncture involves the practice of needles inserted in to the body to stimulate healing and assist with pain relief.
Acupuncture is available by appointment and is offered in Wellsford and Mangawhai. Home visits are avilable if you are unable to attend a clinic but a small charge will apply to cover petrol costs.
